Returns
Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process:

Pack the item securely and include your order number and RAN in the package.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
